二、防御

在保养铸铜雕塑时，要学会防御一些外界的有害化学物质，如酸类、油脂、氯化物等。搬动铸铜雕塑一定要戴上棉丝手套，不可用手直接接触，以避免被手上的汗腐蚀，也不可用油污的纸或盒子来包装。
